Why Thrive?

The Thrive team includes a DC and successful business owners with over 20 years experience building and sustaining high-performing alternative healthcare practices. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve their full potential, and our success as a company depends on it.
We are not a traditional billing service. “Prompt, accurate electronic claim submission” isn’t a selling point or a differentiator; it’s a billing fundamental. Many billing services only submit the easy claims and ignore the tough ones. Some even restrict access to data so their clients remain “tied” to their service. We haven't found any that offer our comprehensive suite of Practice Optimization tools. Plus, we only work with one client per local service area. Conflicts of interest aren't good for anyone.
We are not coaches. Redundant conference calls and one-size-fits-all marketing plans may work some of the time, but they rely heavily on hope and luck – neither of which are effective ways to grow a practice. Plus, very few coaches offer our Billing Management services. We’re also wary of any company that requires up-front payment. Business risk shouldn't be one-sided.
